So here is my build right now:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($339.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($77.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($189.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 290 4GB Video Card ($405.91 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced ATX Full Tower Case ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Professional 850W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($149.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B3ST/BLK/G/AS DVD/CD Writer ($29.98 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - OEM (64-bit) ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Asus PB278Q 27.0" Monitor ($557.58 @ Newegg)
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 Wired Gaming Keyboard ($127.99 @ Newegg)
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder 2013 Wired Optical Mouse ($61.98 @ Newegg)
Headphones: Razer Kraken 7.1 Channel Headset ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $2521.35

Does anyone have any suggestions? I was originally going to go with the Fractal Design Define R4 but the R9 290 is 10.9" and the R4 can only fit 11" cards so I didn't want to push it.
Should I stick with the Noctua or go to a water cooled option like the H100i for the CPU. I want to get some pretty good overclocking in the mid 4 GHz or above range.
Also are the stock fans on the Haf 932 sufficient or should I get another one?

Great build; i will take the r4, you could remove the drive bays for space but it should be fine. Also, the Noctua is great for noise but the H100i is great for cooling (by the way, the Kraken x60 is better than the H100i). For cooling the stock fans should be ok, but for sound you will need some improvement
