P5g41c-m lx with skill 2x2gb dual

hello, i have a P5G41C-M lx board with CPU E8400 3.0 i bough 2x 2gb skill 1333mhz, in bios shows that memorys at 800 mhz bus why?
Iam a noob about OC, what settings to change on bios for a safe OC?
3.2 or 3.4 OC
My graphic card is a HD 7750 1GB DDR5

Some of MB will set the RAM speed to lowest one by default, so you need go to the BIOS memory section to set to 667MHz (2x667MHz =1333mhz), yes you can oc the cpu too, here is e8400 overclock guide. http://www.legionhardware.com/articles_pages/intel_core_2_duo_e8400_overclocking_guide,1.html
