First time gaming rig build issue and question

I have a Cooler Master HAF 932 ATX case, ASUS Z87 mobo, and a Corsair Hydro H50 liquid cooling system - when I'm putting them together they don't fit!

It appears that the back of the case doesn't allow you to put the H50 backplate behind the mobo. Is the case for AMD only?

Did you ask around if the parts were all compatible? Did you use pcpartpicker? It probably does fit but you have to shove it in. If the attempt fails then go see someone and maybe they could help you. Also, did you screw in the motherboard in the right places?
