should i upgrade ram for gaming?

i have a q8300 quad core 2,5 ghz proccesor
4 gb ram and the asus nvidia gtx 650 ti 2gb
should i upgrade my ram to 8 gigabytes or leave it as it is?

Gskill and corsair seem to be the most solid performers. I would stick with either of them. you want 1333 mhz memory go 2x4gb and replace the 4 you already have (its older and mixing it with something new could cause issues) and you should notice a boost in most modern games, especially if you do anything else in the background.
