Looks fantastic, just a few things I would change.

Do you intend to seriously overclock your system or go 4-way SLI? That's what the Maximus VI Extreme is meant for, otherwise it's not worth the price tag. Motherboards generally do not affect game performance anyway, you're mainly looking for a stable platform with good features. Take a look at the Maximus VI Formula if you just want something with a bit of bling.

Also, you don't need a 1200W power supply unless you intend to seriously overclock AND go SLI. I would get a Corsair AX760 or AX860, just for the reliability and efficiency. The BenQ XL2420TE is one of the best gaming panels on the market right now, I'd suggest taking that one into consideration. And lastly, you need a good CPU cooler. To be honest from experience, none of the all-in-one coolers are worth their price except for the Corsair H100i and the Swiftech H220. And if you don't mind the way it looks, the Noctua NH-D14 is one of the best air coolers you can buy, with much less worries than the liquid coolers.

The GTX 780 is arguably the best high-end card to get right now, the 290X and 290 are a bit sketchy with their reference coolers, and the 780Ti is overpriced. I would go with either an ASUS DirectCU II or EVGA ACX.

Hello thismafiaguy!
About the Overclocking or SLI! I don't know how to do that Myself but I hear that Overclocking is Nice ! but I dont think I will OC meanwhile, I will just Use the single GTX 780 cant afford buying anything else but Maybe Later I'm thinking of the SSD 516GB ! and Sure I will get that Air CPU Cooler you Mentiond right away!
The Shop i'm dealing with offered me a H80i cooler But sadly can't afford it now
1200W is Just for any future "changes/Adding" that's why I thought it's nice! And about the BenQ! That awsome indeed!
But I afford for the VG278HE ASUS <- I hope It's Good with 144Hz and Lightboost from Nvidia..
Appreciate your Help alot :)  !

If you're not going to run 4 cards in SLI, then you can definitely step down from the Maximus VI Extreme, and use that money on something else. Honestly, there's no need to bother with a high-end motherboard unless you need one and know how to utilize it. You'll save a bit of money by going with the Maximus VI Formula, and you'll save a lot of money by going with the Maximus VI Hero, both of which are fantastic boards.

Before you decide on a monitor, look into Nvidia's G-Sync. It requires monitors with specific hardware, but I think it could really be a great feature for the overall experience.

That motherboard is seriously overkill. Since you are not getting more that 2 graphics cards, and you don't mention overclocking at all. I would suggest a basic board if you are only gaming. Maybe go for the ASUS Z87-A for $150It has what you need and no much extra (somewhat useless) features that you aren't going to use anyway. Just the essentials on a solid board.

If you are only gaming, the 4770k is a waste of $100. You don't really need more than a 4670K.

That power supply is also beyond overkill. Your PC will do fine by with a 650 watt, but maybe you'll add a second graphics card or maybe do some overclocking. I'd go for the Corsair RM850. Modular, 80 Plus Gold, has the OCing headroom or will handle that second graphics card, and it's got the flat cables which seem like very nice space savers for cable management.

That monitor is a 144Hz? I don't think many games played on Ultra will ever really reach that with a single 780. I think... maybe... if you cut back the money on the CPU and motherboard you can reallocate that money to get the ASUS PB278Q which is a 27" 1440p monitor. That'll look very nice since I think a higher pixel count is much better than a ridiculous refresh rate. Will you play every game on ultra at 60fps with one 780 also no... This is just my opinion for how I would reallocate money though.

Finally, the even more debatable part... that graphics card. Both the 780 and the R9 290 are excellent, but the heat of the 290 is unnerving. I think it would be smart to wait a little longer to buy the system to see if there will be a Windforce 290. If yes, I'd buy that over the 780. Plus it would benefit from Mantle. I'd mention G-sync, but that requires a whole new monitor (next year), which seems a bit pricey.

Seagate actually has a solid state hybrid drive, called the SSHD. It's slightly more expensive than a regular HDD, but it is noticeably quicker. You can get a 2TB SSHD for about $120-$140.

That depends on what you play. In many cases, games actually run better on Windows 8, but Windows 8 does take some getting used to. I've experienced no horrors with Windows 8 so far, it's simpler to use than Windows 7. But that's just my opinion.

Also, there will be next to no difference in gaming between the 4770K and the 4670K. Until games can actually utilize more than 4 CPU cores, the 4770K will not have any significant benefit over the 4670K.

Once you drop down a bit to the items that are well over what most people that are not trying to get absolutely maximum gaming or system speeds can use, you will be able to afford an SSD easily.

I'd stick with Windows 7, 8 is pretty annoying to use.

You should also put a BluRay player in the system like this instead of a DVD, then if you feel like it, you can get/rent the higher res disks.

There you go Magevs, some very good opinions so far. You can definitely use your money where it will be more effective. There really is no need for a 4770K if the main purpose for this system is gaming, I'm running a 4670K in my personal rig and it's blazing fast already. You'll save about $100 just by going from the 4770K to the 4670K. Also, the Maximus VI Formula motherboard is still a very high-end board, so unless you really want that particular board, there is no need to spend $299 on it. You can get the Maximus VI Hero with the same reliability and quality for another $100 less, and that right there should spare you enough money for a 250GB Samsung 840 EVO.

And why would you get the PB278Q? That's a $550 monitor, if you just want 1440p, there are less expensive options. What kind of monitor do you want though?
