Im in a bind right now between BenQ and Dell

If i buy the DELL, does that mean i can lower my anti aliasing since the reso will be very high? WHich eats up more resources? AA or higher reso

BenQ has:

24inches
TN Panel
2ms response time
120hz
1920x1080

Dell has:

27 inches
IPS panel
8ms response time
60hz
2560x1440

I have an R9 280x crossfire setup with a 8350 AM3+ proc on a Gigabyte 99FX-UD3 (ver3.0) mobo

Which would be better.

As of the moment i am using an ASUS PA238Q IPS 60hz 6ms response time monitor

Do you play fps games and/or have sensitive eyes? I personally don't have a problem playing with an 8ms monitor, but I know some other people do. I would get the Dell. The Dell will look so much better than the BenQ (both in terms of color and resolution). Actually, I bet your current monitor looks better than the BenQ.
