Will it hurt to install parts early?

Hi I'm almost close to having everything ready for my pc. (4 weeks to go) I was just wondering would it hurt to install my CPU and mobo early? Whilst I wait for my GPU etc? Or will it kill it?

nope no issues other then you wont be able to bench test the mb before you put it into the case. just be care full and check the pins on the mb slot before you put the cpu in.

So I can install my CPU into my mobo then into my case on my stand offs without anything else and it won't kill the CPU and mobo?

only static charge can hurt your parts right now. intill you put power on them they can sit like that for awhile and wont be damaged.
