For a non crossfire or SLI build that is an expensive motherboard. I recommend a less expensive one from Asus or Gigabyte. For the GPU the r9 280x is perfect for you. In the US it is about 15-50 dollars more expensive but totally wreaks the 760. Also, just my recommendation, get an fx 8320 and a decent mobo and put that money towards something else. For my first build I almost went with an intel and Nvidia combo but decided to go with an all AMD build. This from a guy who has only used Intel and Nvidia in the past. I saved about 100 dollars and got a better pc.
