Hello. I got 2x R9 290, windows 8.1, and i7 4770k. Will I get 60+ fps on 5760x1080p on ultra settings BF4?

no..
in that resolution, you'll need 2 cards of 290 in crossfire configuration..

Than your system is absolutely fine to run all games at that res in highest setting available..
