Will my corsair vengerance work without the passive cooler?

Hello i have got a corsair vengerance kit with a very high passive cooler.
My cpu cooler is zalman cnps12x and my memory kit is preety high :(

So i have to remove the corsair vengerance passive cooler.
Will it work fine or is it a problem?

you are detaching the heatsink.to a company that is like you are responsible for the problem.we did not sell it to you like this.even if you remove a sticker you can void the waranty.
i know it sucks :(
