New PSU and now having issues.

I installed a new PSU and I'n having issues. First it says "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". The I press ctrl and it gives me this. http://i.imgur.com/v3Lgg8h.jpg any ideas?

Did you plug all the wires back up properly? As in harddrive molex power cables back the the hard drive or drives? Also might you have unplugged a sata or ide from a drive? Just swapping the psu shouldnt cause the pc to ask for a proper boot device. Atleast not in my experience :)  Check those wires?

I check those wires about three times, still did not have any luck. I installed my old PSU all works well. Could it be a bad PSU?

Thats very strange, your sure the drive is getting power? Try a different plug from your new power supply. If everything is working fine with your old psu. The new psu seems to not even be powering the HD, can your confirm the hd with your os is powering on?
