My network card - Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection that's inbuilt with asus p8z68 v pro gen 3.

My Problem is it's giving me some weird behaviour.
When i'm connected to internet,it's somehow stops working(or driver problem)
What i have to do next is right click on network icon & click troubleshoot.
What Troubleshoot do is resetting my network adapter.
& internet works again.
But it occurs frequently like some day no problem or some day 3-4 times in a hour.
i tried disabling network adapter & re-enable it if i face problem & it also solve problem(temporarily) (as it resets network adapter directly).

But how to solve it Permanently??
