Start button blinking in amber

My cpu's start button blinking in amber..
When i press the start button it just blink in orange colour...
No POST.....
Fans Does'nt rotate....
i replaced ram but it still blinks in orange....

So u mean my pc's in sleep, Before it started.
=when i press start button, it just blinks.
