From what I can tell the EVGA one has a higher overclock. Although at this level you will hardly notice the difference. I guess it comes down to price. If choosing purely out of performance etc then the EVGA one is the better option. But the performance gain will be hardly noticeable, if at all. So if the EVGA and Palit cards are the same priced. Go for the EVGA. Otherwise go for the cheaper one
