My Laptop had suddenly started taking 3+ minutes startup and shutdown. Usually it takes 20 or so seconds to startup and around 10 to shut down, I've tried other solutions such as:
Disk Defrag
Disc Cleanup
Ran several antivirus programs (Malwarebytes, avast, superantispyware and AVG)
Uninstalling old programs
It is a Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 with 8GB of ram i3-2350M Cpu
After it goes to this screen http://i.stack.imgur.com/OYec4.png It will stay black for that 3 minutes before showing the cursor and starting up.
Any help would be appreciated.
