Hi, I took the heat sink off my CPU and put it back on. I also took some of my ram out and put it back in. It is all very tightly secured. When I power on my computer the CPU fan runs on max or about 4-5 seconds and then the computer shuts off. I think it may be the thermal paste but I am not sure. PLEASE HELP
