Hi I have the item in the subject bar and I can play DVD's back on my very old laptop which is running an old version of Windows but my new laptop which runs Windows 8 is unable to play it. I have also tried plugging this device in to my Smart TV but that will not pick it up either. Can anyone advise what I need to do please?
