So my laptop has this annoying habit of freezing up for a second or 2 every minute or so especially when watching a video or listening to music and it's really bugging me, I ran a Memory test and the ram is fine, so I took a look at the resource monitor and this is what it showed for my Disk, is this normal? Here's a screenshot of the graph
