never try to play bf4 and crysis 3 before i do prefer playing them at-least in high preset not ultra, at 1080p with a decent fps like 50-60..it is possible if i have a good quality of psu like corsair or antec it does increase the performance itself??

It's best to play in the monitors native resolution and improve the frame rate by turning other settings down.
Playing outside of the native res of a flat panel produces a blocky image forcing you to use high levels of Anti-aliasing, which slows the card, ultimately defeating to purpose of lowering the resolution.
