bluescreen - possibly caused by the RAM?

hey there! so, for a while now i've been getting bluescreens when i boot up, giving me the head message : FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA, or something simillar, didn't have time to read it all, and about 20 minutes ago i got one just randomly when browsing, which has never happened before, again, with that message. so i googled the error, and some people claimed it to be software related and others hardware related.
and i saw that someone mentioned it could be because of the RAM not matching. and i remembered that i don't have identical RAM, i knew they were both hyperX and looked almost identical, but when i checked my order list i saw that the two sticks i originally ordered was 1600mhz, and the two sticks i bought separately to upgrade is probably 1333mhz, they apparently sell them both for the same price, so i'm guessing i got the 1333 one. but i can't be sure. is there any software to completely rule out (or confirm) the possibility of it being the RAM?
also the first two i bought are: kingston hyperX 1600mhz ddr3 dual 4gb
and the other two are called: kingston hyperX (1600 or 1333mhz) BLU dual 4gb

i'm also installing windows 8 in about a month or two, which should hopefully fix any software related problems. but i think it's best to make sure.
i know it's not my motherboard, i've replaced it once and the problem was not fixed.
nothing is overheating.
i have not tried to reinstall or repair windows.
my windows is however cracked with a removeWAT (which is why im buying win8)
but the installation file is legit and fully updated.
graphical drives are updated.
about 3/5 times when i boot up nothing happens, and everything is ok.
this problem did not occur when i originally bought and built the pc, it probably started about 1-2 months after that, but i can't be sure, during or around that time i have upgraded a few things on the pc and to my equipment, two monitors, an SSD and the RAM.

if there's any other info or program you want me to run to give a full crash report just let me know and i'll do my best to retrieve as much information as i possibly can.

Putting the memory in the right places will certainly help your situation, if it happens again please try to volages I spoke of earlier assuming you don't have a bad stick this should fix the issue, and take maybe 2 minutes max.

Hope you don't use your computer for anything private, b/c that "legit" cracked version is surely selling all of your data...

Make sure the 1333mhz memory is closest to the CPU, and that the matching sticks are in 1/3 and 2/4 slots. Lastly up the Dram voltage to 1.55V and raise cpu/NB by .1v from whatever it is now.

the windows i'm using is basically a windows iso from their website and a program to block the activation messages. my brother and friend are using the exact same installation without any issues.

also: is it possible to check the speed of all the ram? if two are 1333 i can easily go back to the store and get a replacement to a 1600 and just pay the difference.
the matching ram sticks are next to eachother, the suspected 1333 ones are closest to the cpu.

you don't want the matching stick next to eachother hence the 1/3 and 2/4 thing. you want them in alternating slots (same colored slots). And since you're using mixmatched stuff the voltages will need to be increased to be stable.

I wasn't saying the windows crack caused the issue I just wanted to be sure you knew all of your data was being monotored by whoever made the activation remover.

mixing with voltages and that kind of stuff is really not my thing, i'm absolutely shit at it. so i think i'm gonna do is just replace the 1333 ones with new 1600 ones. (if i find my receipt)
i checked with cpu-z in the memory section and it said that the MHz (nb frequency) is running at 2380 ish, so that probably means that there are two 1333 right? DRAM frequency is 722.4

They will still be a mixed kit and still likely require the changes, its just he nature of AMD cpus....

it is nothing hard, find spot for Dram Voltage, key 1.55, press enter.

and your memory is running at 1444 mhz, likely means the 1600 memory is in slot 1, or you have a FSB overclock on the cpu?

Find value for CPU/NB (it will be written like this means memory controller voltage) and see what the value is, and up it by .1v.... nothing difficult. Most modern motherboards will change the value to red if you go to a dangerous level, neither of these changes gets close to dangerous.

even if i use two identical kits? which would be the exact same ones, the ones i use now aren't even identical models.
i have the passive overclock you can select with my sabertooth990fx, (powersaving mode, normal mode and asus optimized mode, i'm using the last) overclocked my cpu from around 4.0 ghz to 4.33 ghz.
i guess i can change the dram voltage later, but before that i'm gonna try a memory test and to run without the 1333 memories for a while, just to check.
i know for a fact that the ones that are 1333 are closest to the cpu. because they have slightly different looks.
and just to make sure, if by some miracle the voltage increase fucks up, worst case scenario i fry my ram?

anytime you mix kits even if they are "identical" they aren't identical and weren't test together so usually a little voltage tweak is required. it will tell you if you messed up the voltage with big red numbers, the suggestions I gave you might make them yellow (which means close to 24/7 safe limits) but will not make them red. Once you look at the areas where you make the changes you'll see its not difficult.

updating, i have been getting a shitton of bluescreens right now, first i got one while browsing, said MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. i thought okay, more memory problems.
then i run a memory test, the windows 7 one, it froze on 35% legitimately froze, couldnt cancel or anything, had to restart, after that, memOK was red on motherboard, had to press it to optimize memory apparently. did that, and it booted fine, then while i was surfing the web i got a bluescreen with message : SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION i took pictures on both of them, because it didn't restart from the bluescreen, had to do it manually, then when i rebooted again i got a bs on startup, said IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS but i've seen that one before when i got bsod on startup, switched the memory slots so they are correctly placed, if it happens again i will try to run just two, i'm kinda rushing to type this out as i might get a bluescreen again. will include pics in about 5 minutes. i'm gonna try to run the memory test again aswell, and try to disable the passive overclock. will update soon

alright, as of now i'm probably just going to play the waiting game, if i bluescreen i'll experiment some more otherwise i'm gonna have to assume it's fixed. really appreciate the help you've provided man :)
