2.ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Professional LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

3.ASRock Z87 Extreme4 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

4.ASRock Z87 Extreme6 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Thanks for the Help.

Solution
I think the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H is slightly cheaper and better bang for the buck. Depends on where you live and what color scheme you're going for.

Thanks I checked newegg and it comes with free G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9S-4GBXL
total price is 144.00 free shipping. If I go with this Motherboard I will buy another stick and have 8gb ram.

Color scheme I just let the best bang for the buck parts land where they land red blue yellow black its all good. In the end I want to know I spent my money and got good value in return.

You can do that but mixing RAM can be problematic. Even if you buy a RAM with the same make, model, and timing, there's no guarantee that they'll work without hiccups. I recommend that you buy them all in a kit, that way, they are tested to be compatible.

The reason behind this is that not every RAM is created identical. Just like how every CPU has its own nature -- some are great overclockers, some are terrible overclockers. You won't know what you have until you actually overclock it and test how far it goes.

Ok I will get them in a kit.
The cpu fan I was advised to get is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM 34.99 Fan the original one I had picked is also an option the ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED 120mm 2 Ball Low-noise Blue LED CPU Cooler is 44.99 with a 20.00 rebate.
will I have any clearance problems with a pair of ripjaws?
