Wifi slow and pausing

Is their any thing I can do to keep my wifi from getting slow and pausing. Every 2-8min pages will slow to load than not load at all(if I'm on a page and click on a link it does nothing, it shows current page with a loading circle on page tab). I have a USB wifi adapter and every time I wiggle/touch the adapter pages finishes loading. When the wifi is working speed and every thing is perfect.

Try to reboot the router. Just disconnect it off electricity, give it 1 minute, and connect it again. Sometimes low budget routers/switch may have packets collisions. See if it improved. If not try to install a recent driver for your wifi network card. And see how it goes.
