I have a new, less than 2 months old, built desktop. My monitor says no signal. I brought it back to the store twice. Both times works perfectly. The second time I brought all my gear, Monitor cables keyboard mouse power bar, with me. We plugged it all in & it worked great. We even updated the ASUS bios. I brought it home plugged it in 3 hours later. Same issue "NO SIGNAL". Computer posts because I was able to figure out where the shut down button was, even though I couldn't see it & it shut down. I have no idea what's up. Any ideas? I have changed outlets rooms power cords. Using only the power cords for the monitor & tower. Nothing works. Again at the store it's fine. Could it be the outlets in my house? Also when I first plugged in the system it ran for about a week or so, then back to no signal

Figured it out. It was the fan pin connectors on both boards. Made sure they were all tight as well as all other connectors. Seems like an easy fix. Don't know why the "experts" missed it. Just saved myself a $100 house call. Hope this helps.

Solution
Try a different outlet or try your computer is another area in your house.
Disconnect any other devices you may have like printer, headphones, network cable.

I would try the onboard video instead of the discrete card if you have both.
