I just bought a new psu:

CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready

I am plenty sure this will be enough to power but want to check:
Intel 4770k cpu
ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO or ASRock lg extreme 6 (I believe)
2 hdd's (7200 2tb seg barracuda)
2 ssd (128 and 256 samsung pro 840)
1 mb 2 optical drives, (just dvd+-rom asus)
kb, mouse, headset (lg gaming g930)
video card as of now a 760 (could move up to a 770/780 possibly)
rosewill blackhawk ultra gaming super tower (8 fans included, believe 5 are 140mm and 3 230mm)

Don't think I am missing anything, but by my calcs I should be able to get away with using a 750 as long as I don't SLI, I think that was right at the border mark with SLI (2 760's, but I could be wrong chime in please)

Solution
850w would be overkill and not even be efficient using it at such a low level. a 650w unit is what you want unless you ARE GOING to SLI then get750w max.

MAKE SURE the PSU is COrsair, Seasonic, Antec, XFX only.
