BF4 stuttering need help resolving

When I play in any server everything runs fine until about 5-10 mins into a match then the computer begins to stutter sound and video. It only occurs in BF4, BF3 runs perfectly fine.

turn off hyperthreading. disable core parking
core parking helps a lot.

came straight from rivalxfactor and has a program that does it for you.

also check your temps. you might be overheating.

I tried to diable core parking but as a result every program caused windows to run out of virtual memory. Whats the reason for turning off hyperthreading?

bf4 does not use hyperthreading well at all. why idk but it doesnt.

there must be some other issue the core parking causing virtual memory to run out. core parking has nothing to do with that. can you elaborate more on that issue.?

i have an i7 2600k and 7970 and core parking gave me like 30 fps more.
