So I'm planing getting MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr Gaming Edition Graphics Card
but there is 2GB version and 4GB version what one should I get?
I'm planning to play at resolution of 1920x1080 single monitor (second monitor to do like web searching or something)

I heard that 2GB version will get higher temperature quicker is this true? So will 4GB version won't get as high temperature?

More about : 2gb 4gb

depending on the price. if price is close go 4gb. if its more than about 30-40 difference go for the 2gb. if your rig is properly cooled it will not matter. the 2 gb under heavy load will get hotter but should not overheat. you could get a 7870 for cheaper or the 7970 for similar price and the same performance. but if you prefer intel your card is good.

2GB is more than enough on a single 1080p monitor.

You really need to read the system requirements of the software that you need to run. That will dictate the minimum and advise on the recommended amount of memory for a video card.

Generally speaking, most games can run on as little as 512MB. But of course they will make use of more memory to produce a much more enjoyable gaming experience. (eg. on Ultra settings for 1920x1080)

2GB is good for that resolution, save a bit of money and put it towards some other upgrades.

The amount of memory onboard will not change the temperature of a card. The amount of work a card does determines how hot it gets, for example running at higher resolutions and detail settings (and thus making use of the extra memory) will cause the card to work harder, producing more heat.

The R9 280X performs about as well as the GTX 770, but it has 3GB VRAM... This is in between the two cards you are considering as far as VRAM is concerned, and the 280X is $20-30 cheaper than the 770. Just something to think about.
