Power supply help

I have this power supply.

But it only has two 4 pin CPU power connector. I'm buying this motherboard.

And it has an 8 pin processor plug. I bought the AMD FX 6300 and it has a TDP of 95 watt. Should I use the plugs at the same time, like 4+4 or what? I know they only have 75 watts on each plug. Please help out guys, first build.

The two 4 pins or 4+4 snap together making 1 x 8pin and should work fine.

What you have on that PSU is a (4+4)-Pin ATX12V/EPS12V Connector.

You should be using both halves.

It doesn't hurt to use 8-pins since it is better able to supply stable power to the CPU's VRM circuit.

ATX12V specs say that the 4-pin CPU power connector must be able to supply 16 Amps continuous (19 Amps peak).

Higher TDP CPUs may exceed that so the 8-pin connector was introduced.
