R9 270x stuck at 450mhz

I just got my new Gigabyte R9 270x. First thing i did was to play BF4, then i saw me FPS and it was really low. I looked at the moniter in Gigabytes Guru II and it said that the baseclock was on 450mhz, how do i change that?

did you update to the beta 9.2 drivers?

Yearh i tryed but it did not help :/

Well by default ulps is ebabled which will reduce the clocks when not in use. Try disabling that are restarting

It should increase the clock when in use....strange that it doesn't go up when playing! Mine is overclocked up to 1170mhz (SAPPHIRE R9 270X)
