Does my build need a CPU cooler

Hey, this is my first post and I am going to Build a new pc soon and I am wondering if my build will all work and if i will need a cooler or should I swap any parts for anything else.

I would say get a 990fx or fxa motherboard for sure and maybe add a new heatsink like the hyper 212

The CPU cooler is up to you but Nvidia reccomends 600w power supplies for 770s so I would upgrade the PS.

the cheapest i see is http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a99xevor20 thats a good board though

also checked its a 6+2 phase design so it will overclock pretty well if needed

I don't think that your system will need a cpu cooler but there are some mistakes,
actually if you are going to buy GTX 770 then you will need a 600-650W PSU,
and now my suggestion about your hard drive is that Seagate Barracuda 1TB is better than WD Caviar Blue 1TB.

If you aren't planning to overclock then a third-party CPU cooler isn't needed. You get a heatsink and fan in the box with the CPU (assuming you buy the retail version). It's not the best and maybe not the quietest but it does the job.
