Will a low end CPU bottleneck my FPS in game?

Will an i5 2500k bottleneck my games FPS?

I want to run all my games and the new upcoming games at ultra and have an FPS over or around 60 and I want to know if having a low end CPU will limit my FPS...I have an GTX 680?

Note:
I don't want to overclock
Graphics are really important to me

It will have a influence in some games that are CPU-heavy like Battlefield 4, sims city, world of warcraft. I'd recommond you to look for a i5-3570k or even a I5-4670k If you want to spend the extra money!

if you have an intel build already then +1 to above. if you have the gpu and building a cpu/mobo around it on a budget the fx-8350 is comparable to the i5 if not overclocking either. and chould be cheaper. if im mistaken i apologize. (dont think i am though)
