The best Heatsink?

Hello,
I am currently running a AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition CPU.
My question is to the community: what is the best heatsink for this model without price restriction?
I was wondering if maybe someone else had this processer and had experiences with various heatsinks.

p.s. I lose a good 10-15 fps when this bad boy heats up so I want to keep the temp dooown

No, I don't want to overclock or anything like that.
See the CPU is keeping up just fine until it starts running for awhile, then it gets sluggish and I lose that bit of fps. Hopefully that heatsink will keep the temp down more than a stock fan.

I had a hyper 212+ on my Phenom II which did a really good job keeping it at low temp and i live in Egypt wich is pretty hot, the 212 Evo is better so it should be more than enough :).
