$650 Gaming PC Build

Hello. I would like to have a build that can play mainly the following games at 1080p:
Minecraft
Battlefield 3/4
Crysis 3
FIFA 14
Far Cry 3

It doesn't need to be ultra quality, but I am hoping for medium. I also need an operating system. Thank you in advance.

It looks good. But I have heard some things about Sapphire cards not being very reliable and sometimes being DOA. So are there any alternatives to that card? Also, I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a good case, preferably with nice cable management. Any suggestions? Thank you.
