I am wondering about what are the disadvantages of using a riser card. For instance, will it bottleneck the performance. If it is lower than 15%, then I'll consider it, but if its above, then I'll have to think of something else because I am making a Custom Mini-Itx build, and unfortunately, it will require for it to use a riser.
