AMD R9 290X Dedicated Memory help :l

Hello, GPU-Z (Latest Version) is telling me that my AMD R9 290X 4GB's dedicated memory is only 64MB, and my Memory usage is an average of 30MB. Shouldn't I have 4096MB Dedicated Memory? Is this why I keep getting black screens? I'm really P-ed off now. Problem after problem with my R9 290X. -,- Pardon my french :p

If black screening, might check that the power connections are snug and that the PSU is powerful enough to run the GPU. I recommend at least a 600 PSU with 33 AMPs on the 12 volt rail for a 290X

That's what I thought at first because for 2 hours yesterday, if I used more than 65mb memory, my comp went to a black screen, but it is randomly fixed XD

Ya, idk how, but it randomly fixed itself after I was getting severely p-ed off and it kinda fixed itself after 20 restarts :p
