Ps4 and gtx 760 comparison

I have recently seen ps4 graphics are basically pcs running ultra settings. On bf4 ps4 can run 60 fps smoothly bit a gtx 760 that is more powerful than ps4 can run ultra but only at 45-50 fps. Why is that?

Added to what dexter said. He is correct in addition pcs have a lot more running in the background and a lot more complicated coding and extras. Gaming consoles are specifically dedicated for the sole purpose of the games pcs are not.

ok thnx both of you. This really kinda confused me. It got on my nerves and decided to ask some pros. I dont really like the fact that my pc cant run at 60 on bf4, but i understand its one of the hardest games to run. Will it look any different on high?

Try for yourself and see! There is no real way for us to describe the way something visually looks or sounds. The only way you will see and understand the difference is by trying out the different settings for yourself.
