Is it possible to run a AMD Fx 6300 and an AMD Radeon 7870 on a 500w PSU?
Tis a corsair builder series CX 500w bronze certified by the way.
I am planning to upgrade at some point (probably around Christmas)
other specs:
8GB DDR3 RAM
500GB HDD
Crapload of USB's in use
2 monitors
4 regular case fans linked directly to motherboard
Any help you could give me would be very much appreciated. I've looked on PSU calculators but they all seem to be saying different things :S
I just want to find out once and for all if I need a new PSU as well or if I can stick with my 500w for now.
