Hi,
I have the below system:
Processor: Amd FX 8150
Memory : 16 gb ddr3 @1600
Motherboard : MSI FXA GD65
Graphics Card: MSI R7970-2PMD3GD5/OC, HD7970
With 3DMark 11 Performance test at stock settings I get P8571
With 3DMark 11 Performance test with Core Clock 1250 mhz I get P9735
During Graphics test GPU reaches %100 utilization while CPU is at around %40.
During Physics test CPU reaches %100 utilization while CPU.
During a Fallout New Vegas (graphically heavily modded game) I am receiving FPS around 40-50 but the GPU utilization goes around %20-30. CPU Utilization goes around %15-25. Neither FPS nor GPU utilization rises. I dont have Vertical Sync on also.
Does anyone have an idea what might be the reason?
