I am using a Intel Mother Board DG41RQ (With DDR2,PCI express 1.1), Will a graphic card with DDR3, PCI E 2.0/2.1 work fine with ,y motherboard without any issues???. If yes what would that be. Also pls suggest which would be a better option PCI E 2.0 or 2.1
Thanks,

PCIe is backwards compatible, the speed of the bus is just reduced.
So yes, that graphic card would work with your motherboard.

Reduced speed?? Is that going to affect the performance of the applications that I run on my computer.
Sorry I am not very good at this :(

It basically works like this:
PCIe 1.x 16x = PCIe 2.x 8x = PCIe 3.x 4x

However generally PCIe 2.x 8x speed is enough for most graphics cards, which your PCIe 1.x 16x fulfills.

So it only affects the maximum performance of the graphics card you put in it, but generally only for very high end graphics cards.
