this going to be long and tough to explain.
I have 4 routers and a switch and my pc shows up on all the routers as a connected device under the device list and i don't understand why. here is a rough topology
these are wireless routers that I have turned off dhcp except for #1 I have static ips set on them all and they all our on the same subnet. don't let the term router trick you only #1 is doing dhcp the rest are really just switches since i turned routing off
cable modem > connected to router #1
router #1 (is doing dhcp) connected to my pc, a printer, router #2 and router #3
router #2 has router #4 and a couple of wired devices
router #4 has poe cisco switch and some other devices
this has just grown out of control i do this to gain wireless coverage in and outside the house.
ugh anyway i cant understand why my pc shows as a connected device on all the routers 85% of all the connections made are wireless
