Hi, I have had this problem for about a year now, it isn't very freequent but it has been worse before and I don't want this computer to black out.

The crash is something very strange that I am sure it is hardware (it just can't be software), it freezes completly, but here's the thing, its instant, so even if you are listening to music at that time, it will keep repeting the same sound for ever, until you force reboot on the laptop, no blue screens, no erros, nothing, its so instant that not even the computer has registry of error anywhere.
BUT, the image is still on, so I guess it is not a motherboard problem as it is a laptop and the graphics card is integrated, it is just frozen and will not change at all, the hard drive also keeps spinning but won't read anything and that's it, the rest of it is pretty much dead.

The first times I had this happen was when I somehow shaked the laptop, even punching the table where the laptop is would cause the crash sometimes, but now, I can shake it and nothing happens UNLESS it "randomly" happens wich has happened to crash while i'm in the bathroom and the computer stays doing thing.

- It CAN be a motherboard problem but I don't think so.
- It CAN'T be the hard drive because you can still do somethings while your hard drive is crashed.
- I don't think its the memory as I think it would not cause instant crash but yes a blue screen.
- And the one I am thinking most of, is the CPU badly placed, but I have never removed the heat sink so I don't know how that works.

There is nothing about these crashes on the internet (I have not found them), so I hope you can help me and sorry for the long text but this is causing me to worry a little bit :(

I'm going to venture that your problem is heat related. You may not need to replace the thermal compound on the CPU and GPU but a thorough cleaning (disassembly needed) would seem to be in order here. You can check youtube to see what disassembly if your model consists of and if it seems to be something you want to tackle (it gets easier with practice). Applying thermal compound to a laptop is a little trickier than a desktop but you might want to do it just as a matter of course since the laptop would already be apart for that - I'll suggest replacing thermal pads also if you do remove the heatsink.

Firstly, thanks for the reply.
The problem is defenetly not heat, I have had heat problem before, then I cleaned my laptop and now it never gets the cpu more than 60-70º max and also, heat crashes DO turn off the computer, wich is not the case, the computer simply stops doing anything, but the image is there, doing nothing, but its there!
