So this is my first time making a computer and I'm working making my dream machine on a budget.
I need advice on if I need a CPU cooler with the build in the link below. If you have any advice on the build feel free to tell. Also do think the parts will all fit in the selected case?

If you are planning on overclocking, I'd definitely look at getting a CPU cooler. Also, I noticed you had a 430 W power supply in your build. Just to let you know, it is recommended to use a 450 W or higher power supply with the GTX 660, according to Nvidia.

Thank you so much guys for the info. I'll take your advice from the parts list you posted, but do I need a higher wattage for the power supply like cklauber said?
