Slow download but internet speed fine?

So I was installing a 5 gb patch for a game and after 30 min it was on 3% so now I am downloading the manual patch and it is downloading at ~70 kbps.
So I went on speedtest.net and it said my download was 27mbps and upload is 1.27 mbps so please help.
P.S. Game is blacklight retribution

Your problem is in Download speed . It is due to any one of the following reasons :

1. The upload bandwidth of the person(s) you're downloading from is maxed out.
2. The peer you're downloading from is too far from you and there's too many hops in the connection between you and your peer.

Use the following tips to increase your download speed :

1. Use a Download Manager or Accelerator
2. Do Not Download Too Many Files At Once
3. Download From Authoritative Websites
4. Change Download Settings
5. Close Other Running Programs

After that you can check your download and upload speed by using Scanmyspeed.com
