The 660 needs 450w and 1 6 pin, so it would be just about ok. How about the new AMD R9 270?

It outperforms the 660, is cheaper, and consumes less power.
  3. @jk47_99 is AMD R9 270X better?
  4. Take a look at the review here on Tom's,3669-7.html

It beats the 660 while consuming less power, you will also get Mantle support with some games (increase of frame rates), and a free copy of Battlefield 4.

Based on your 430W power supply, I'd go for the R9 270 as the X version requires 2 6 pins and uses more power. The performance between the X and non X is quite close.
  5. No. The 650 Ti with your system requires 310W and your PSU can safely deliver 276W. U have to buy a new decent psu

I would go for the GTX 660
