1. Is this worth upgrading?
2. Does it take HDD storage space?
3. It says download, will it replace my old one, so it wont take my space?
4.Does this improve performance on other games that arent mentioned on the list of games that will be improved?

1. Depends on the game you play.
2 &3. It will take space. You need to download the file first and then install the driver manually. Installing the driver usually overwriting the existing one. Why concern about this space thing?
4. Read the full change log for further detail

So will it boost performance on other games too? (that are not on the list)

most likely no. but if you want you can try it yourself by making your own test using old and new drivers if there were performance gain or not

For an Nvidia Authority you dont seem to be very helpful. How about linking him to the article that covers it? Maybe to the changelog? Clearly English is not his first language and it would seem someone with a respected title should have more couth.

personally i did not put that badge myself. I just give my simple answer. The rest he can find it himself which is isn't really hard to do. Unless he directly ask where to get it like the full changelog list.
