i know i can go with a cheaper case but i really like the NZXT phantom 820 and i dont mind paying a little extra for it since i will be keeping this system for years to come. Please let me know if there is any changes that i should make. THX in advance.

Solution
That all looks good to me, I say go for it.

If you want case suggestions around the same price as the Phantom 820, I can definitely offer some.
