As the title states I'm wondering if this would be a good budget choice for this rig.

My monitor is 1920 x 1080p resolution if that matters for anything.

It doesn't need to run everything on ultra, even though that would be cool, but maybe some mix between high and ultra. If you have any suggestion of a graphics card that would be significantly better than this one while still staying under 200$ let me know!

I would never go with less than a 750w power supply. If you get a 850w, that will be good enough for a 2-way crossfire with a non double gpu card. Or if you just want to upgrade the card for another one in the future. If you're mainly playing BF4, then go with ATI, but for games in general I prefer Nvidia since their drivers quality are better (my personal experience).
