I'm honestly torn between what GPU to upgrade to at the moment. My MAX Budget is 200$ and needs to be able to run on a 500 Watt corsair PSU.

I've been looking at the 7850, 7870, 650ti boost, 660, R9 270X.

I honestly can't make up my mind, as I'm upgrading from a 7770 anything will be a good upgrade.

The reason I'm looking at the lower end 150-170$ cards rather than my full budget is I'm hoping to possibly get BF4 after this upgrade as well.

What do you think?

Then MSI R9 270 Should be fore you. It has the same potential as r9 270x and you could overclock it better than a r9 280x at stock speeds. MSI Gaming series has the best looking and best cooling in the r9 270 series

Is the power supply 80 plus bronze? If so It can handle of the choices you put down.

7870 : Free game man, found it at a very cheap price,http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161404
Get if you like free games and best price per perfomance. You can also do overclocking to beat the 660

660: Beats 7870. no free games. New MSI's gaming model implemented with dust free fans and good cooling for good overclocking. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202025. or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127699

I'm going to go ahead and consider that GTX 660 you linked; I enjoy features from nVidia such as PhysX. Also I would like to note the 7870 and 660 seem to be damn close in performance and I think my decision will probably be based around price between the 7870 and 660. I'm going to just drop the 650 ti boost and 7850 out of my considerations. I will keep the R9 270X there as it may go own a holiday sale(highly doubt it) but time will tell.

Check the gaming forums for the overclocking abilities of that card. I tend to not do much with video cards. The only thing i do is to remap the fan response for better cooling. it is pretty easy to get your card into an odd place. just my experience.
