I am going to build my own PC and can't decide which graphics card to get, I am also on a $200 budget for the graphics card, or else I would be going for a higher end card. I'm going to play games such as Minecraft, BF4, TF2, and Gary's Mod and some other big titles. Im only using one monitor and its 720p, but i will upgrade to a 1080p monitor later. Here are my 2 options.

Gigabyte Radeon R9 270x ($200)
Or
Sapphire Radeon R9 270x [Vapor-X Edition] ($220)

Which one will give the best performance and cooperate with my PC the best?
Here is the rest of my PC parts:

-AMD Athlon x4 750k Processor

-MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard

-G Skills Ripjaws (8 GB) Ram

-Cooler Master extreme 550w Power Supply

-Seagate Barracuda 1tb Hard Drive

-NZXT Guardian 921 Case

I have heard that the Sapphire R9 270x Toxic edition is supposed to be king, is that within your price range?

Thats a little too much, I'm trying to spend around 200, 220 is the most I would spend

Sapphire Vapor X
1050/Boost:1100 MHz Core Clock
1280 x Stream Processors
2048 MB Size
256 -bit GDDR5
5800 MHz Effective

Gigabyte
Base / Boost clock:1050 / 1100 MHz
256 bit
5600 MHz

Looks like sapphire runs its memory a little quicker.

but that little difference is not worth $20 as you can easily overclock your memory by that teeny amount

Just giving hard numbers, with the price difference is it worth it? Probably not, does he want to overclock in the first place? Up to him. Sapphire is faster out of the box, but costs more.

The R9 270x is actually a rebranded hd 7870 , but it's about 5% better. Butt he HD 7870 comes with 2 free games. You should save up on the case and get a better CPU and PSU.

For the PSU, I recommend the Corsair CX500. It's cheap and good. And for the CPU, the i3-3220 or i3-4330 would be better.
