I am going to build my own PC and can't decide which graphics card to get, I am also on a $200 budget for the graphics card, or else I would be going for a higher end card. I'm going to play games such as Minecraft, BF4, TF2, and Gary's Mod and some other big titles. Im only using one monitor and its 720p, but i will upgrade to a 1080p monitor later. Here are my 2 options.

Gigabyte Radeon R9 270x ($200)
Or
Sapphire Radeon R9 270x [Vapor-X Edition] ($220)

Which one will give the best performance and cooperate with my PC the best?
Here is the rest of my PC parts:

-AMD Athlon x4 750k Processor

-MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard

-G Skills Ripjaws (8 GB) Ram

-Cooler Master extreme 550w Power Supply

-Seagate Barracuda 1tb Hard Drive

-NZXT Guardian 921 Case

The R9 270x is actually a rebranded hd 7870 , but it's about 5% better. Butt he HD 7870 comes with 2 free games. You should save up on the case and get a better CPU and PSU.

For the PSU, I recommend the Corsair CX500. It's cheap and good. And for the CPU, the i3-3220 or i3-4330 would be better.

Gigabyte

Looks like sapphire runs its memory a little quicker.
