Help me criticize my specs, i am planning on going SLI on my gtx 570... could anyone say something before i do buy another gpu. and is it better to get a new one than a used gpu?

At 1GB, I'd really advise against it, 1GB vram isn't really cutting it anymore, so I don't see it as a great investment. I'd sell the 570 you have and upgrade to a GTX 770 or so.

yeah the 1.25gb of the 570 is still really going to limit you... if you had 2.5gb versions id say go for it if youd found a decent price on another one. sli 570's is close to a 780 or within 10-15%. but that vram will kill your gaming... 2.5-3gb is the bare minimum for that kind of performance which is good for great 1440p gaming.

also why haven't you overclocked that 2500k???... its is the best overclocking cpu ever made. you got a CM v8 on it... head into your bios and just set the multiplier to 44x(4.4ghz) and exit and dont worry about it and have a nice day.
