This seems to be a common issue with Asus motherboards. I've been reading all the threads on this since my rig started to randomly restart due to this issue. I've had my computer since December and only 3 days ago did the anti-surge restarts begin to happen. Since each person who has submitted this issue seems to have ended up with different causes, I'm not sure if it's my mobo, PSU or GPU that may be causing this issue. Tried tweaking the BIOS settings to no avail.

Specs:
MOBO: Asus P8Z77-V LGA
PSU: Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750M 750W (+3.3V@25A, +5V@25A, +12V@62A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@3.0A)
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 Ivy Bridge
GPU: ASUS ENGTX550 TI DC/DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5
HDDs: OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SATA III SSD, 2 WD Black 750g HDD, 1 Seagate 2TB HDD

My suspicion is that the PSU is the cause, since I've had this setup for 11 months and it's just starting to tank.

Any tips would be much appreciated.
